Our philosophy
“A garment earns its place by the fifth year, not the first week.”
Drapiva started from a narrow frustration: it has become hard to find out what a piece of clothing is actually made of. Fiber content hidden behind adjectives, weights never stated, origins left vague. We decided the fastest way to fix that was to sell a small number of things and describe every one of them completely.
So the collection stays at sixteen pieces. Each one lists its fiber, its weight in ounces per square yard, its measurements in inches, and the country where it was woven and where it was sewn. If we cannot say something specific about a garment, we do not carry it.
The prices follow from the same idea. One number, stated plainly, with no invented original to be marked down from. What a thing costs is what it costs.

How an order works
Shipping
Orders leave our St. Petersburg facility within one business day and travel by USPS Priority Mail at no charge, delivered in two to five business days. We ship within the United States only.

Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Start a return by email and we will send instructions the same business day.
