Free Shipping on every order

Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for size or weight. There is no minimum spend to qualify, no surcharge for a heavy or bulky item, and no handling fee added at checkout. One pair of socks and a full four-piece capsule bundle both ship at no cost.

The shipping line in your cart and on the checkout page will read Free Shipping — $0.00 so the total you see is the total you are charged.

United States delivery only

We ship within the United States only. We deliver to all fifty states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to international addresses, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders or parcel-forwarding services. Orders placed with a non-United States billing or delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full.

We ship to residential and business addresses and to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Delivery to military addresses can take longer than the standard window because the parcel transfers to the military postal system.

Age restriction

Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase from this website. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are picked and packed at our fulfillment facility within one business day of being placed. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail delivery generally takes two to five business days depending on distance from Florida. Most orders to the Southeast arrive in two to three business days; the West Coast is typically four to five. Adding the processing day, plan on three to six business days from order to doorstep.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is scanned by USPS. Tracking can take a few hours to begin showing movement after you receive the notification.

Addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can correct an address before the parcel is dispatched — call (727) 555-0142 or email support@westnorddrapivastyleshop.com as soon as you notice. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded in full once it arrives back.

Delays outside our control

Severe weather, carrier backlogs, and public holidays can extend the delivery window. We do not control USPS transit times once a parcel is in their network. If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier and, where the parcel cannot be located, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Taxes and charges

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no other charges: no shipping fee, no handling fee, no surcharge, and no recurring billing. Charges will appear on your card statement as WESTNORDDRAPIVA.
